We measure phone activity from our AEs. They are spread across 3 office: East coast, Arizona, and California. We track the time of their first and last outbound calls. We report on teams and they can be composed of people from all office locations.
Our call log from our phone system is all based on EST time. How can you show an individual's first and last call time stamp based on their local time? how do you compensate for Daylight savings?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
