Logical Model Error

Hello,

This is what happens when I try to update the logical model in Qlik Sense Desktop November 2020 SR1. Any idea what could be the issue? The error message is not really helpful.

Hi there,

The qvf is 9 MB. I have not applied any logic yet. I get this Error when I click on 'Continue'.

I checked now, this is happening with all apps when using Qlik Sense Desktop.

I managed to open the Logical Model of the same app in Qlik Sense Business which means there is something wrong with the Desktop November release. Unfortunately, the error message does not help much...

Same issue here. Same error in all QVFs, both pre-existing ones and new ones.

Furthermore, "occurred" is misspelled in the error prompt...

Try to reinstall the and try?

same issue with your teammates also?  only for you?

and try to open in older version once .

I have now tried on two PCs - same issue. I guess it is related to the service release.

Perhaps someone from the support team can help here? @David_Fergen 🙂

Hi Ivan_Bozov,

For this issue, it would be best to open up a support case so that we could dig in deeper to find out what the issue is with the Logical Model.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks,

David
