Luxembourg ZIP Codes

Hi dear members of Qlik community,

I have an issue with Qlik map: the ZIP codes from Luxembourg are not shown on the map.

If I create an Area map, add zip codes as 'Standort', I don't see any objects.

If I create a point layer, only one point is reflected, having 'L-' prefix.

Could you please help me to understand, what is wrong with the map? I tried to convert all the zip codes to integers, format them to have 'L-' prefix, nothing helped so far.

Hi, I believe Luxembourg is a country which in Qlik have only 2 digits postal code areas which usually correspond to some level administrative boundaries.Try instead of 'plz' use left([plz],2). Additionally, you can try to convert plz to integer by num(plz, '0000') to fill some missing digits.

Hi JustISO,

thanks for your reply! I have followed your suggestions an unfortunately still did not get the correct result:

1. If I set zip codes as left([plz],2), both oint and area maps show only part of the addresses, missing the majority of them.two_digits_plz.png

2. If I convert the plz to integer by num(plz, '0000'), there is nothing shown on the map.

Are there any official documentation references for the way Luxembourg addresses are processed in Qlik?
