Macbook Export Issue

I have a user of QlikSense Enterprise using a MacBook.  On right clicking on a table object in an app to allow them to export they do not get the expected menu giving them the option to export to pdf, export data etc.

Another user who has the same security profile is able to access the menu option.  They are not using a MacBook. 

Has anyone come across this issue before?
