Hi
Is it possible to have the following (as in image) in Qlik Sense, I have seen similar designs in QlikView.
Where Sales Forecast Profit Loss are buttons or something similar and when you click on it, this will take you to another app and display the dashboard their.
Also how can you set the app to go directly to the dashboard rather than main page where it shows all sheets.
As we are using multiple data sources the apps are different.
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous
You should consider using a Mashup to resolve your UI challenge, because they allow you to build a web-page with objects taken from as many Qlik Applications as you need, the Web Page you build handles the logic of those buttons to show the information you need to render to the user; depending on how you do it your mashup you can associate selectors from different qlick applications.
The existing Qlik Dashboards remain unchanged, and once you reference their objects in the Mashup solution you will realize a dependency is created (e.g. if you include a selector from application-01 in your mashup, removing that selector breaks your mashup)
These are two good tutorial regarding Mashups, I played with the QlikSense version of these tutorial, I did not try the
I suggest you implement simple mashups before mixing too many things up, like it is done in this video
Qlik Sense Mashup Development Tutorial (this is a good idea, but it could be challenging as your first mashup project)
Below a visual representation of what a Mashup could do for you.
This is a quick and dirty example Mashup written for this reply.
