Make personal Story a general story?

Hello,

I am relatively new in supporting users with qliksense. We are using  QS Enterprise for windows version 2020 patch 4.

I have a User that has created a Story in a published APP. He now wants this Story to be available to some collegues.

The user has an Analysis License and cannot publish apps himself.

Is there a way to manipulate his personal Story into a Public one?

Would appreciate any help in this matter.

If the user has appropriate permissions, they can Publish the story by right clicking it and selecting "Publish". This is not related to the right to publish apps. If the user does not have appropriate permissions and you don't want to add them, an admin can do this by taking the same action.

A published story can also be Approved, in which case I'd assume it becomes part of the app like a developer-built story would, but I've never actually tried that.

Thank you for your quick response. This helps. I will have to look into the Permissions of this user.
