You should look into GENERIC LOAD.

Try this code,

CrossTable(Name,Date,1)
LOAD
NAME,
DST111
FROM [lib://Data/Data.xlsx]
(ooxml, embedded labels, header is 1 lines, table is Sheet1)
Where RecNo() <=1;


LOAD
"NO",
Product,
Price
FROM [lib://Data/Data.xlsx]
(ooxml, embedded labels, header is 3 lines, table is Sheet1);
