Max date file loafing

I have 2 files in my shared drive folder.named as.

Employee flash 2023_01.xlsm

Employee flash 2023_02.xlsm

I want to load max of date file i.e

Employee flash 2023_03.xlsm

Note:every month the file name will be change according to month and year.
