Migration of Qliksesne 3.1 to April 2018

Hi Team, In my environment, Iam using Qliksense 3 node cluster and version 3.1(Synchronized) persistence model.. Now i have to Migrate it into Qliksense April 2018 Version(Shared persistence model). Can you please help me. How can i do it?
