More practical way for downloading an excel output from QlikSense which has container and table

Hello

Currently, downloading an excel output from QlikSense which has container and table is like that

1-Right click on screen (container) and open this:

2- Left Click Table above, you will get this screen:

3-Left click Download as you will get this:

4- Click Data, you will get this

5- Click Export, you will get this

6- Click Link and wait for download and then click Close

7-Open data like this:

Unfortunately our Qlik Sense users did not like to do so many steps (compared to Qlik View).

Is there a more practical way ?

Regards

Ozcan

@ozcano Did you tried the @steeefan suggestion as well?

This is weird, If you distribute and using hub in Sense, that maybe different case otherwise it must not say that there is invalid visualization

That is indeed very weird. If you upload an extension to one specific server using the QMC and then on that same server the extension is shown to you as installed and available in "Extensions", it should definitely not show "Invalid visualization" when adding it to a sheet.

Can you make sure that the folder of the extension actually contains all files that are also contained in the downloaded ZIP file? You can find extensions' files according to this manual.
