Multi row input

Hi All,

I am unable to load the multi row pivot table into the Qlikiew/Qliksense. I have attached the sample data and expected output.

Could anybody help me?

Hi @Francisco_Fernandez  Thanks for the response. I have transposed many cross tables, but this scenario is kind of different. There are multiple headers and measures. I am unable to get the desired output.
