I want to share some information from an app in my steam for users to interact with, but I only want them to see content based on a filter such as 'supervisor,"  vs all the data.

I cannot find an export option end user filter to prevent them from seeing all the data. Tableau has an easy way to export an extraction based on any filter. I am hoping qliksense cloud has such a feature.

Questions:

is this possible?

if yes, how?

It is much more complicated than tableau, tableau it’s quick and easy

I will come to the notes on the link try to figure out how to do this
