Yesterday l posted a dude about my suscription, maybe l wasnt clear with my question, l want to renew, but when l go to MyQlik, it says that
"You dont have any Qlik Product to manage"
I mean why it doesnt appear the steps of this URL:

but in my case appears this when l click on MyQlik: "You dont have any Qlik Product to manage"
Why this happend? l contacted support but he shared me only that URL, but not fixed my problem, lm worried about my account could be deleted.
