NPrinting Designer

Hello everyone, I need help with NPrinting Designer. I successfully created a Power Point Report with NPrinting Designer and started getting issues with excel report. Each time I launch the designer I get the  error message below. I have tried rebooting my computer but its not working. NPrinting Designer is installed on my local computer and am using NPrinting 19.19.40. Below is the error message. Thanks

As the article indicates, a second instance of the NPrinting can be started and it is necessary to finish it.
