I'm having trouble in NPrinting Designer
qlik nprinting designer version 20.0.3.0.

I could see that you are using NPrinitng February 2020 SR1 which is now out of support. Click here to know the Qlik-NPrinting-Product-Lifecycle.
Also, This error occurs mostly because of the Microsoft Office version and it is mitigated in Qlik Nprinting May 2021 SR3. So, please upgrade your NPrinitng versions. Make sure that NPrinting Server+Engine+Designer must be on the same version.

Thanks Everyone already working using the old version. i change high DPI settings. but i will ask our region to provide the latest installer.

It is not enough to just install the NP designer latest version.
It is necessary to also upgrade the NP server concurrently in order to prevent other issues.

Can you provide some more details,
1: what is your nprinting version ?
2: qlik sense version? and
3: microsoft office version?
4: are you getting this error while creating new report or it is coming for existing report also?
5: are you getting this error for only for office related reports only? (excel, power point)

Thanks. Can use now. using the outdated version. I cannot download the latest version of Nprinting, Do i need the corporate account?
