Need help transposing table (using CrossTable)

I have the following data file in excel which looks as follows: 

Which goes on to week 52.

I need to transpose the data in a way where I get a table as follows:

Could anyone please help me? I have been stuck on this problem quite some time...

Load Week as Organization,

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,...

from your table or file;
