Need to create a graph, showing, Started, Closed and backlog measures by year-month

My Data columns in the source sheet are like this:

I want to be able to count the opened, closed and backlog columns and plot them by the Product or as the totals (without breaking down by products). I have seen some examples of whileloop and use of IterNo functions. I am not too familiar with those. Can someone please share any solution for this. I seen references to @Henric_Cronström  by some, but can't get to the reasonable solution. Will very much appreciate any insights or assistance.

One more thing to add, there will be other statuses for the projects like 'Active', 'On-Hold', 'Cancelled' etc., But I am mainly doing the difference between the new ones, the completed ones showing the delta or backlogs.
