You need KPI object with two measures.

1. Filters for the Top selections
2. Text Object for the KPI Names
3. KPI Object with 2 Measures - For the KPI

How to add the text "Tip" in to the KPI Object with 2 measures?

You do not need text object here, just insert title for the KPI.
