Hi All,

Could you please help me in advise on

Need to shuffle the users from existing login access rule grp to new login access rule grp in Qliksense.

My question is, will it cause to lose any login access pass assigned already with existing login access rule grp ?

I have case like, create one login access grp but users already mapped with existing grp to be moved to new grp and finally delete the existing grp.

Help much appreciated.

Can you provide more details?

Are you using the groups to assign token types or to assign access in apps?

There are only 2 types of tokens (Login and Named).  I need to better understand what you are currently doing and how you are doing it.

Hi Mark,

Using login access and trying to create new group using login access rules. In this, existing grp having some allocated login access passes, some of them used and some of not used. for example 10 allocated 4 used...

Now I need to move those login passes to new grp along with users assigned.

We are trying to do this to make it one single grp since having multiple grp.

If I understand correctly, you cannot reallocate used tokens, but can "move" the available ones.

If you have enough, you can disable the old rule and move the tokens when they become available again.

Not sure if Support can override the timeout period for you for this case.
