Network Shared Folder Not Accessible from Qlik Sense while creating folder connection

Hi,

I am facing one issue.

I have a network shared folder which is getting synced up using OneDrive. This folder I am not able to access from Qlik Sense while creating folder connection.

I can access the shared folder from file explorer but not from Qlik sense while creating folder connection.

Also, I can access shared folders located other vms which are also getting synced up by onedrive from this new vm.

May be any policy on our new vm which is not allowing me to connect with network shared folder on same server.

I am using service account to which all access (read/write) are available. Folder is also marked as shared.

I can access other shared folders which are not getting synced up by OneDrive. But the folder which I want to access from Qlik is getting synced up by OneDrive and not accessible.

Appreciate if have any solution.

Have you tried to copy the folder path to Path box when create a folder connection?
