New QlikSense trial. "An error occurred when opening the demo app. Please try again."
Every "demo app" encounters an error on launch. There is a brief flash of a square like a popup window starting to open, but it vanishes quickly. There is no notification of a popup being blocked. The only error message is an unhelpful:
"An error occurred when opening the demo app. Please try again."
I'm using Microsoft Edge. I've disabled adblock and popup block. I've refreshed, logged out and back in, same results.
Not having any issues with prebuilt apps uploaded from the training material, just the demo apps under the demo apps field.
Any advice?
Edit: also tried clearing my browser cache, no change.
Are you still encountering this error? Could you check for any errors appearing in your browser console, this should be visible by opening the developer tools.
