If I understand you correctly, you'd like to implement data entry in Qlik Sense...
Well, generally speaking, Qlik Sense is not quite a data entry tool, so this would not be the best tool for collecting customer details. That being said, if your users are accustomed to their Qlik Sense dashboards, and they really want to enter new data there, it can be achieved in a couple of ways.
- Qlik Sense Cloud recently enabled this functionality, and there was a video by Mike Tarallo that explains how to do it. Look it up.
- Or, you could acquire one of the available 3rd party extensions - Vizlib or Inphinity Forms, to name a few.
