Not able to log support ticket

We are not able to create a support ticket.

Everytime we tr to do so, it gives us a message to correct the highlighted errors, but doesn't show any errors.

I am not using any special characters also in the description. Tried creating case with the help chat bot, but still wasn't able to create.

Please help or provide any support mail id where we can follow up or create the case.

Hi! Please reach out to Customer Support by using customersupport@qlik.com , and they'll help you fix your account.

Also, please note that it might not be strictly necessary to log a support case. Sometimes, posting about your issue on the community will get you faster results.
