Not able to open Nprinting Designer on clicking 'Edit Template' button

I am facing issues with opening Nprinting designer, below is the error when trying to open report editor by clicking ‘Edit Template’ button in Nprinting.

Please find attached error screen 

 

i have tried below possible ways to get this fixed:

  1. Multiple retrials and restarts after killing NPrinting process
  2. Deleting temp files from C:\Users\45078156\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache
  3. Clearing history and browser cache
  4. Deleting the variables which were created yesterday for reports in Qlik sense (since it was working fine till yesterday)
  5. Manual uninstallation of Nprinting designer and reinstallation (version June 2020)
  6.  Manual uninstallation and installing new version May 2021

Please suggest a solution to resolve this issue

thanks for these links!

i have not used any extension in report, nor any filters are used.
To avoid any issues due to variables , i am have discarded all the variables created but the issue still persist

which template you are using ? 

try to kill the task in task manager to close that template.

ANd its working in background.

I am using Nprinting designer Version : May2021

There is no Nprinting Instance running in Task Manager

is it same for your team ?  or only for you its a problem?

and try to login in other system with your credentials ? 

try to remove your user for Npritning and add again.   just a try.

This is the problem just with my access , tried removing and recreating my userid again but that did not worked.
