When I try to reply to a blog post. It was fine a few weeks back but not now
The found some way to by-pass our spam filters.
You have no idea how many of them DO end up in the spam filter and how hard I have been busy deleting these SPAM posts that do NOT get picked up by the filter the last 3 hours. It has been over 300 so far at least.
I am trying to contact people with a bigger hammer to kill these accounts, but till that time I fear we have to live with it a bit more. It is weekend so we don't have a lot of staff available. I was not even supposed to be near a PC.

a lot ... guess it is because they are getting a lot of spam on the forum now and they try some measures to block it.
Its annoying. Surely a way can be find to stop the spam and allow the genuine posts
Or at least to give a meaningful response.

This is still an issue
When is this going to be rectified
Thanks
I really do not see the issue in not being able to post more then once every 15 seconds.
If you have a different problem, then please be a lot more specific about what is happening in exactly which situation and why you think that is an issue so community team members can look into that.
This is NOT just a 15 seconds post limit. For me I get it very often and I very seldom post more quickly than every 15 seconds. I am an active forum contributor and this is extremely discouraging.
Okay, so you are getting that text when you are 105% sure you are posting more than 15 seconds apart. That's not good and I totally understand it is discouraging .
Now I am not involved in the technical side of the community, but I can contact team members if there is something wrong that we can reproduce so they can fix it.
Here is what I would like you to do:
Could you please tell in as much detail possible WHEN this is happening: Which browser your are using, which area of the community you are in, what you are doing (what kind of content, attachments, etc), etc. The more details we have, the more likely it is we can try to reproduce the problem on our side and the easier it is to try and trace it down to whatever technical problem that is causing this.
Actually everything can be seen in my activity log - what happens and when - which the administrators should be able to look at directly. They will see that it is mostly minutes apart when the postings take place.
The most ridiculous block I get if I forgot to write something or mispelled something and has to do an EDIT .... it will even block the EDIT which is very frustrating as an edit is very easy to hit quite soon after you posted - even if the post went through without moderation....
Thanks for following this up,
I had got to the point where I didn't even bothering trying to reply to blog posts. It has been going on for years and I post rarely - certainly not two posts in 15 seconds - but I really can't be bothered with this sort of carry on today. Companies or people are either committed to an outstanding site or they aren't. Qlik don't seem to be. Fair enough as long as their main product offering is great.
Maybe it's sorted now and I can thank a contributor for a great blog post but even with this the forum is only adequate. Qlik has brilliantly products otherwise like Sense and the cloud - sense is the best computer product I have ever used today (View before Sense was introduced) - but this forum is a let down in comparison. It's the right way round though. Some companies focus on marketing including an impressive web site but their product is not good. But with Power BI and now Amazon BI close maybe Qlik need to do a bit more on this front.
The contributors are great. But nothings perfect in this world I guess.
