Not allowed to post content more than once every 15 seconds.

Anyone else getting this message

When I try to reply to a blog post. It was fine a few weeks back but not now

I don't know exactly what has happened but from having this problems over quite a number of days ... actually a few weeks I think - it has almost completely disappeared. So the last few days have been painless for me

I've just joined the community and I am just trying to update my status and I am getting this message:

I guess they are going through but have to be approved first.  Noticed a typo so I had to update again....and again same message.  Now waiting for Moderator email again.

Hello Ted

This is a countermeasure to several waves of spam happening lately. We are working on implementing fixes to solve this the spam issue, but in the meantime we were forced to set some rules in place to stop spam posts to fly out to the community.

Hope that explains it.
