Number Format in Qlik Sense

Hello Qlik Experts,

I am trying to create a KPI in Qlik Sense with Expression Sum({<Status={'Active'}>}FinanceAmount/Exchange Rate). This FinanceAmount/Exchange Rate has to be in the Front end as the Exchange Rate is to be dynamic according to the selections.

As I create KPI it is showing value as 9.05P in the Auto format. When I keep as full number it is giving scientific notation as 9.042356790876e+15. I tried round and ciel but it is not working. Can you please help me in this regard.

Thanks

Hari

It looks like a huge number, what do you want to see this as?

Thanks Sunny for responding. I want to see six digits after decimal.

Num(Sum({<Status={'Active'}>}FinanceAmount/Exchange Rate)/1E15, '#.#####')

Hi Sunny I am able to remove the e+15 from the KPI. But when I set it to auto format it is not saying Millions or Billions.(with Notations M,G). Can You Please help..?

Won't be able to help you with this... there are a lot of threads about number formatting in Qlik Sense... check them out. I have not played around with this much to be able to help

I realize this is way late but for anybody finding this thread later on

to get the "e15" bit gone in Qlik Sense number formatting just add a 0

eg  "#"  becomes "#0"
