Only Read in Sense HUB(not duplicate and edit page)

Hi Expert

I want to know if it possible NOT DUPLICATE a page in Qlik sense hub?

for example, my user have a ROLE = Content ADMIN and this role have only READ options and if i acces I CAN DUPLICATE and then  edit the page.
