Partial Text Color expression

Is there any way to partially change text color of a long text. For example,

Here, after a value, there is up/down arrow to denote increase/decrease followed by change wrt to previous day value. Here everything is red if I add red colour to expression. I want colour only for the arrow and the change value. The first actual value should remain black(default as such).

This is a pivot table. Suggest if possible in Straight table also. Thanks

as per my understanding the Value expression should be concatenation of 3 expressions
