Percentage on previous top value

Trying to achieve percent to total as below.

Need Percept over 2015 for 2016 and 2017 like below.

Expected

Year  Total   %Over2015

2015   60       60/60=100%

2016   30       30/60=50%

2017   20       20/60= 33%

Here 60 is taking from the Min(Year) 2015, and

Example:

Load * Inline [
Year, Total
2015, 60
2016, 30
2017, 20

Trying:

Max(Total)/Max({<Year={2015}>}Total)

Max(Total)/Max(TOTAL {<Year={2015}>}Total)
