Pivot table total for Year and region for each column

I have a case for pivot table where I have Targets for country in my file. Now I got additionally targets for region year-wise as well as for particular year as well. Now when I am adding Target column in pivot table it is showing me targets against country keeping Region and Year total field blank as per attached screenshot.

Now my question is how I can show the targets for Year and Region (these are fixed targets).

E.g. Target for year as below

 2019 = 10,

2020= 30

and target for regions year-wise as below

For 2019:                            For 2020:

MEA	12		MEA	23
ASPA	13		ASPA	24
AMER	14		AMER	25
EUROPE	15		EUROPE	26
