In a pivottable with 2 dimensions I have sorted the first dimension by using a variable but the second dimension remains unsorted. See attachment

If there is a better/different way to sort is also fine

I think it sorts by the second dimension in total.

If you want it to sort by one ProductGroup you need to filter (drill down) by that ProductGroup

Or do this. NB I haven't used it as it looks complex. (I just filter by the require ProductGroup)
