Possible to organize base sheets in app overview?

Hi,

In Qlik Sense Enterprise, is it possible for admins to organize base sheets? for example, can sub-groupings of base sheets be created (eg. Exec, Markets, Financial, Quality) etc.. If not, is there another way to organize sheets.  One simple way I thought of was just to number the sheets Exec1, Exec2, Mkts1,...- at least then they'd show up in the desired order.

Thanks.

Hi Sam,

You can't make subgroups in an application.

There are 3-4 subgroups already:

  • Approved (this are the base sheets)
  • Community (?) - the shared sheets
  • Personal (?) - user created sheets, but not published

You can change the order of sheets to desired, while the application is in work stream.

You can organize the order simply with drag and drop.

If your application has been published, then duplicate it, rearrange the order and publish again with overwrite the old one.
