Problem with extension

Hi all

i want to use an extension in qliksense desktop i don't have qmc

i have downloaded the extension and pasted into the extension folder in tool also showing.

when i am trying to use it is showing ---this visualization is not found in the server. this extension is not available : tcmenu

how to resolve this issue plz let me know.

Hi,

On desktop there is a folder you need to copy it to.

...\Qlik\sense\extensions

Extract the zip file in that location

Open your desktop app and the extension should appear in the list of your installed ones.

Create a folder that will contain your assets. The folder should be created in the following location: C:\Users\[UserName]\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Extensions\.

Example:

C:\Users\[UserName]\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Extensions\SimpleHelloWorld

i have copied the file and it is reflected in the tool but while i try to drag and drop it is showing visualization is not found

Maybe some issue with the extension itself.
Which extension are you using?
If you can share it, others can also test it out too.

Maybe the extension not support your current Qlik Desktop version

in the same folder as you mentioned i have copied but it is showing the same visualization is not working.

i tried to open in dev hud but it is showing like wbfolder.wbl file is missing. but for another extension is also showing same but it is working in the app

please let me know diff of above snapshot for an  extension showing a symbol those are working but another is showing some line those are not working that means problem with the extension right.

You should download a new version of Extension

And download the new version of Qlik Sense Desktop

Then try again
