Publish apps

Hi, What permissions i need in order to Publish an App. As Iam not the owner of the App. Should i be changing the existing owner? Or the Publish option would allow me to do the actions.

Hello, Are you the developer or user? Also, What kind of grant permission you have in your system?

Usually, you need to add this condition in the rule for this security rule

Resource Filter : App_*,Stream_*

Security rule name : OwnerPublishDuplicate

Actions : Publish

Condition : (resource.IsOwned() and resource.owner = user)
