QS : Legend disappears when setting color code by expression

I want to set the colors of the measures in Qlik Sense bar chart to specific color codes.

I noticed that when selecting 'The expression is a color code' - in section Appearance => Colors and legend - the legend disappears.

Any suggestions how I can achieve

- applying specific colors to measures

- enabling legend

We are aware of this issue and working on a Solution to fix this issue.

Hi Daniel, I am also dealing with the same issue, I am working on a POC for a large client and the legend is critical. With the custom colors the charts look fantastic but they cannot be used if the user does not know what they represent.

Please let me know if there is any expected date of fix so that I can manage expectations accordingly.

I just checked the actual Status and have to say we still not solved this issue and it looks like this will be a limitation in the next Release.
