QSNov2017: Stuck in 'Opening hub' loop

Hello Everyone,

I've got a QlikSense Nov 2017 setup.  With two of my users, I can visit the hub with no problem, however, with one user who solely has a ContentAdmin role, I can't visit the hub.  When I do visit the hub, it gets stuck in an "Opening the hub" loop, and the url continues to change.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, this bouncing happens when using IE, but not when using Chrome.

I've checked what logs I thought might be relevant, but I don't see anything.  Any ideas of why this bouncing could occur?

Hi Guys - thanks Omar for tagging me - I have seen this exact behavior with IE and Firefox - but NOT chrome - for me it was happening in Qlik Sense Cloud and occurred around Nov / Dec for me. This also was evident on a Windows 10 operating system - I had not seen it on a Windows 7 box. Let me reach out internally. I'll update you soon - if you do not hear from me in a few days please reply to this thread and I will get notified.

I also have the same behaviour with IE (in some envrts)

If someone has an explanation, it would be more than welcome ( mto‌ maybe?)

No dice.  I cleared the cache and the bouncing continued.  I don't have a problem using Chrome since I know that's a sureshot.

Hi Justin - do you have access to the QMC - can you see your virtual proxies?

Do you have a prefix, or multiple prefixes in the input box?

I faced with same problem almost on all my servers. Helps only clear browser cache. I found step to reproduce.

Open hub using https  - browser save https ticket.

then try open using http - here is loop. Browser try use https ticket for http session and entering in a loop hell
