Qlik Scalability- Header Authentication

Hello Team,

I am using QS Scalability 5.11 for june 2020 release. I have followed the steps listed in https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Sense-Documents/Qlik-Sense-Scalability-Tools/ta-p/1482797 vidoes. I have configured the proxy as per suggestion but it doesn't work.

I am getting the error message as 

Http code: 401

Could not authenticate the request: Expected an authentication header.

Any suggestions to fix this?

Any update on this issue? Have you resolved it? I am also getting the same error, If fixed please let me know the solution.
