Qlik Scalability Tools with Authentication Method as "Ticket"

Hi All, 

Greetings!!

We are using the authentication Method as "Ticket".   In the scalability tools the connection is "Not Successful"  using the 

authentication method as "Ticket" . Encountering the below error . Refer the 1st Screenshot. 

According to the Scalability Document , the HeaderName should be the value from "Header Authentication Header Name" , but using the Authentication Method as "Ticket"  , "Windows Authentication Pattern Option" is displayed. 

Can you please help how to get rid of this Error. My QS version is September 2019.  In the scalability tools what should be the connection Type ? 

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Need your help to get this issue sorted.
