Qlik Sense App on Mobile Device

Hi there,

I want try to access the apps from our corporate Qlik Sense server.  I can successfully authenticated to the hub

https://<our qlik sense server>/hub/my/work

using my credential and can see the apps but I cannot open any app.  The reload page is permanently on.

Issues with Web Sockets I think - can you try with another browser?

Can you access to the same app other than from your mobile device? With the same user?

When you're in the QMC, can you see your correct username at the top right?

I think you'll need to do a deep dive and check the logs of the proxy and see there what's causing the issue.

Make sure the user has a license allocated & WebSockets are supported in the browser.

Also, try connecting with http:// rather than https:// to test the browser.

Hello Eric,

It looks like the certificate is not trusted. Are you using any 3rd party certificate or the qlik sense certificates?

Below is a help link which describes the issue and possible solutions.

Troubleshooting - Navigate and interact ‒ Qlik Sense
