Qlik Sense Desktop Authentication

Hi

I'm looking to use Qlik Sense Desktop however the furthest I can get is - 

I have an authentication link but when putting that into a browser it just open google looking for search results. What am I doing wrong?

This depends on the browser you're using. In Firefox, I believe it should open normally. In Chrome, you would need to manually tell the browser to open the link rather than search, by clicking the top option after pasting in the link:

Not sure how it works in Edge but I imagine similar to Chrome.

hello, are you using an iOS or an Android hardware?

Did you tried to open the link and paste it into a browser e.g. with https:// before?

When selecting the top option it just hangs

It must be related to the browser which you are using

It should pop up a window requesting approval to open it. If it doesn't, you may need to contact whoever administers your browser regarding security.
