Qlik Sense Desktop Installation >> It says the app is already installed

Hello,

I have been having major issues with Qlik Sense Desktop installations. Initially, I kept getting various errors so I tried to uninstall without much luck. After multiple attempts, I deleted folders from my laptop, cleaned the registry and tried to reinstall. It is somehow not seeing Qlik Sense as uninstalled from my laptop no matter what. I am attaching the log and hoping someone from the team can assist. Thanks!!!

I tried this but didn't work :(. I had already tried deleting every trace of Qlik or QlikTech International AB from the registry. It must be reading it from some path that I failed to delete; not sure.
