Qlik Sense Desktop

With Qlik Sense Desktop, is there anyway that I can actually connect to my enterprise hub?  I have read and get that I cannot create a report IN desktop and have it shared on the hub, but can I at least use the connection link that I used to log-in to at least see the streams that are available on my hub? As they are not showing now.  Preferably I would like to be able to (create) but in lieu of that, edit applications that are already created via the desktop application.

If none of these functions are possible.  Could someone please then explain to me the use of 1- the desktop app.  And 2- the connection string and option to use it in the desktop app.

Regards,

Albert

You can import your Desktop applikations to the server by qmc.

When importing applications the lib-connections are imported, too. But if you are usig an odbc-connection, you have to create it on server, too.

There is no way to show hub from Server in Desktop.

The only way Desktop works with Server is at the licensing when you can use your server license to identify your desktop instead of the Qlik account.
