Qlik Sense Extension Template with Bootstrap

I want to build out an extension to use Bootstrap for some gantt charts. Is there a pre-built blank template that would already have bootstrap included? As I can't figure out how to include all the parts/directories into the extension. Any tips/tricks/advice would be great!

You can download this example  https://developer.qlik.com/garden/56728f52d1e497241ae698d7 that was implemented using bootstrap approach.
Check also Stefan's recipes https://github.com/stefanwalther/sense-extension-recipes . it is archived but you still can open the "src" code.
