Qlik Sense Hub 3.2 + unable to access with http 80

Hi guys,

Due to customer requirment, i have to set it to HTTP 80, instead of https://

So, i "checked" http in the QMC, then tried to access from customer laptop.

Unfortunately. it prompted me with page - "Page cannot be displayed".

How to fix it ?

Rgds

Its not solved yet.

I have tried to access the QMC and Sense Hub via port 80 (http), i have enabled/checked in the QMC. I have restarted the services. Then I tried to log in the QMC from the local server. and i Cant access it.

I was using IE explorer - so it prompted me back with error page - 404 File or Directory not found.

Might be a simple question but have you made sure that port 80 is open (ie not blocked by firewall?), is you installation on premise or cloud?

Check whether any other process on server is using port 80.

for Eg IIS Services use port 80.

Disable those services and then try opening hub

Hi, for some reason. the IT team has installed the IIS into this server. and the IT team has browse the http://localhost to tell me that , port 80 is working fine, and said they have open port 80 and why the Qlik Sense still unable to access via http 80 .

what should i do with the IIS? any steps you can guide me through?
