Qlik Sense Hub - Only accessible from Host Server machine

Hi all,

Earlier today I had to delete the existing Qlik Sense certificates and re-create, due to an issue preventing us from accessing the Qlik Sense Hub or Management Console. The cause of this issue isn't clear, as this Qlik Sense was installed a number of weeks ago and working without issue until earlier this week. I have this detailed in a separate thread now marked as resolved:https://community.qlik.com/t5/New-to-Qlik-Sense/Qlik-Sense-Repository-Service-will-not-start/m-p/174...

I essentially followed this support article and video to the letter: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Support-Knowledge-Base/How-to-recreate-or-just-delete-certificate...

However, while this resolved the issue on the QS server machine (I can now access the Hub and Console from there), local users with licences are still not able to access the Hub, getting the same browser error:  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".

The re-created certificates were also exported using the Console to the correct machine name (same as before) and the old certificate folder had been deleted prior to this. They now exist in C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Exported Certificates

However, local users are still unable to connect to the Hub. Is there an additional step I have missed?

Thanks

This issue is still persisting. I have tried to check the Proxy Service log files, but it's unclear to me where an external access attempt failure would be logged.

Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
