Qlik Sense - Mobile Client App access issue

Hi to all,

An error message appears when I try to access Qlik Sense Hub via the mobile client app (Android or iOS):

"Untrusted connection.

The certificate is not valid for https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/qmc/virtualproxies/xxxxxxxxx.

Please contact your administrator."

I've authenticated the link from browser previously to access the Qlik server via the mobile client app.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

Hi @Alessandro_TZ9 
by looking https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx I guess you config an IP address  when configuring the authentication link URI.

that way the https certificate will always fail.

You should try configuring the server name or dns name if you use 3rd party certificate

Hi Rafael,

Thanks for your suggestion. The Windows server is hosted in AWS EC2, so I guess I've to configure the name server through it, am I right?
