I have tried it through service and other account as well. Nobody is able to launch it.

Do you know anything that has changed / been done since it was last ok ?
Especially any User Directory Connector on LDAP to import AD users ?
I was trying to add users to qlik sense hub by LDAP filter. after syncing got all accounts got deactivated.
