Qlik Sense custom message

Hi,

I am trying to show a custom message on a Qlik Sense table. When a filter is selected and that returns no data on that table with other fields (including the filter field), the message should say something like 'This selection has no data to show' rather than returning an empty table with headers. is it possible to show this message? If so, how can I do it?

Thanks for replying so quickly. I tried your solution. Unfortunately, now the table always shows the displayed message, even when I select a filter from filter pane. I am looking for something like: 

if filter X is selected, and it returns no data in table T, show the message " No data to show".
