Qlik Sense map objects don't export with background map

Hi,

anyone suggest what needs to be done for the below ones.

Already 443 port is opened for firewall.

Map 443 Inbound User web traffic for standard map background. For users hosting their own map server, use the name of the host server. maps.qlikcloud.com
Map 443 Inbound

User web traffic for satellite map background.

Information noteAs of December 7, 2021, the server is ibasemaps-api.arcgis.com. Previously this was services.arcgisonline.com.
ibasemaps-api.arcgis.com

Note:  In my server there is no network connection, is it possible to do offline ?

Sorry @Albert_Candelario I didn't understand this "Can you provide the link to the documentation that were pointing this url for reference to the rest of the users? "

Actually, This Url we gave to our IT team to make access. Because we are restricted the some urls since we are in customer location.

@Albert_Candelario Printing logs from Qlik Sense ?. Could you please share the location to see the logs.

Albert_Candelario

Hello @balajibc64 ,

Usually the location is:

C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Printing

reproduce the issue and check them. Let us know if you see any error/warning as well as check the Dev Tools of the browser when downloading the map.

I do understand the map loads properly in Qlik Sense, right?

Cheers,

Albert

Hello @balajibc64 ,

I would still be interested to known about the Printing logs and does the Qlik Sense nodes have access to such ports to the maps urls?

If you access the Qlik Sense nodes directly, can you open the maps if you open a browser on such server?

Cheers,

Albert
